Having used the products for a number of months now i give them 5/5 - and dealing with customer service was a pleasure - swift response even on the weekend.

Great product, I have a a subscription of the 'smol bio' that comes every month & I love it.
I have already recommended them to my friends & family.

As a new customer to Smol so far l can say l really like that they are eco friendly so l can send back the boxes and bottles to be refilled, they take up very little space and most importantly the smell of my washing is absolutely amazing. A very happy customer ????

I have been using Smol for a while now and I remember feeling hesitant about buying a subscription service...Why didn’t I try them sooner! The dishwasher, Fabcon and detergent products are so good! I’ve had no problems at all and the customer service on Instagram has been great.
It’s great you can easily move your subscription date and I find the service is pretty good at working out how much product you use.
I’ve recommended these to family and they love it too. Try the free trial if you’re not sure :-)
Also love they are an eco conscious company and their products are not tested on animals.

I am really pleased with all the Smol products that I use. Washing and dishwasher tablets are very effective and excellent value. The spray bottles with tablets that dissolve for kitchen, bathroom and glass cleaner are great. Delivery is efficient and so easy to change the frequency of when things arrive. I would definitely recommend Smol products!

I have been using Smol products for some time now and cannot recommend them enough. I started with the laundry capsules and now also use their dishwasher tablets and fabric softener. It’s a easy and efficient service to use, there’s minimal packaging and it’s also really convenient as everything comes straight to your door. If I need to amend a dispatch date I can do this simply and quickly through the website. Super service, so glad I made the switch.

Great idea in theory. HATE the boxes the laundry tabs come in: they are overly engineered, read very difficult to use. If you have to watch videos to know how to open a box, your design is flawed. Not brilliant value for money either, I'm afraid. (More expensive than bottles, especially when the latter are on offer.) Also, you can use less than the recommended dose with a bottle but not tabs. Product smells okay, but not amazing. Ambivalent about whether I carry on using them or try liquid refills locally.

The products are fine if not exceptional. We've used the dishwasher tablets and the non bio washing machine caplets. We've just decided to give the softer a try.
The washing caplets just work like any other.
The dishwasher tablets don't seem quite as potent as a popular budget supermarket brand and we occasionally get something that isn't clean. It's usually not what you'd expect. It seems to struggle with potato and Weetabix.
The packaging is to be commended for being letterbox sized and wholly cardboard, but it is also a pain to get into especially for those of us with sausage fingers or (my Mrs says) with small hands. We just ended up ripping the end open (as would a determined toddler) and store the contents in Kilner Jars.
Service is fine, bit Smol really need an app to make altering your delivery easier. I've currently got a surplus because I forgot to knock back an order. When the reminder email is sent it would be good if rather than being able to knock it back a week you could choose, week, two weeks, month, two months etc.
Lost a star for the packaging and lack of App. Mostly for the lack of App.
Edit. The softener arrived as expected it's got a lovely scent, and NOT overpowering. It doesn't leave residue on your clothes. The tiny amount you use takes some getting your head around but it's good. Input the second bottle in the attic as it's programmed to last about 4 months per bottle, along with the used cap (to send the empties back) and now the attic smells nice, just from the residue in the cap. The only thing I'd change is that I thing the bottle pump needs a longer spout.

On the whole, I'm a great fan of SMOL and find their products to be excellent value. Love the smell, which is not overwhelming, unlike a lot of commercial products, and appreciate not being 'locked in' to specific delivery dates. My only gripe is with the pump dispenser for the fabric conditioner, which doesn't work particularly well, especially as you have to hold the bottle at an angle to target the washing machine dispending drawer. It seems to work okay when upright, but then the product doesn't end up in the dispenser drawer of the machine!

I use their dishwasher and laundry products regularly. They are well packaged, and I find they clean effectively. So refreshing to find a plastic-free and environmentally friendly product so well-priced.

Lovely products, so nice that all the packaging is recyclable so no plastic to get rid of. Just tried the bathroom, kitchen and glass cleaner and I won't be going back to plastic bottles from the supermarket.
